The two-day Halloween-themed event will include a Goth Prom opening party and a day of live music from 3 p.m. to midnight featuring local bands and other spooky festivities spread out across more than 10 venues within four blocks in downtown Provo. The festival also will feature street performers, spooky stories, a costume contest, an art-making station, scary movie screenings and secret shows.
